Refund Policy

At ReetaReeta, we provide digital services including UI/UX design, web development, app development, game development, graphic design, and copywriting. Due to the nature of these services, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

The project has not yet been started
The delivered work does not match the agreed project requirements

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

The project has already been completed or delivered
Work has already started and progress has been made
The client changes requirements after the project has begun
Delays are caused by lack of communication or input from the client
Digital services (designs, code, content, etc.) have already been used, downloaded, or approved

3. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted based on the amount of work completed. The refund amount will be calculated fairly depending on the project progress.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel the project before work begins for a full refund
Once the project has started, cancellation may result in a partial refund or no refund, depending on the completed work

5. Revisions Instead of Refund

We encourage clients to request revisions if they are not satisfied. We will make reasonable efforts to revise the work to meet the agreed requirements before considering a refund.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.
