At ReetaReeta, we strive to provide high-quality services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may apply.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered if:
- The project has not been started
- Work delivered does not match agreed requirements
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided if:
- Work has already been completed or delivered
- Client changes requirements after work has started
- Delays are caused by the client
- Digital services (design, development, writing) are already used
3. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued depending on the amount of work completed.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel before project start for a full refund
- Once work begins, cancellation may result in partial or no refund
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
